iQOO 15 Leak Reveals Key Specifications Ahead Of Launch: Here’s What To Expect

Vivo sub-brand iQOO is rumoured to unveil its next flagship phone – the iQOO 15 – in China sometime in late October or early November. The device will be one of the first smartphones to be powered by Qualcomm’s upcoming Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chipset. While there are no official updates for the iQOO 15, a reliable Chinese tipster has shared key specifications and features of the upcoming flagship. iQOO 15 Specifications, Features (Leaked)

According to tipster Digital Chat Station, the iQOO 15 will sport a 6.8-inch 2K LTPO AMOLED screen from Samsung. The display will also support in-display ultrasonic fingerprint reader. The handset is expected to be powered by Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chip, also rumoured to be called Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. Like other iQOO flagships, it will be accompanied by the company’s in-house chip for improved gaming performance. As per the tipster, the iQOO 15 will offer up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM with up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage. The flagship could be backed by a 7,000mAh+ battery with 100W fast wired charging as well as wireless charging support.

For photography, the iQOO 15 is tipped to feature a triple rear camera setup that includes a 50MP 1/1.5” primary sensor with OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide shooter, and a 50MP periscope telephoto lens. Over at the front, the device will be equipped with a 32MP selfie camera. Both the camera setups are expected to support 4K video recording.

iQOO 15 Series Launch Timeline (Expected)

iQOO 15 is expected to launch in China later this year ii October or November. The India launch could take place in December 2025. The Vivo sub-brand is also rumoured to launch two more flagship phones next year – the iQOO 15 Ultra and iQOO 15 Mini.

As per leaks, the Mini could feature flagship hardware in a compact form factor, while the Ultra variant could sport gaming triggers and an in-build cooling fan.
