Google Pixel 9a could make a global debut by March; Here are the details

Google Pixel 9a has been making a lot of headlines for a long time now. And in a recent report by Android Headlines, the pricing of the device has been revealed. As the report says, the Google Pixel 9a could launch in the US market at a price of $499 which converts to Rs 43,200 for the 128GB internal storage variant.

Apart from that, the 256GB internal storage variant will be available in the market at a price of $599 which converts to Rs 51,990. Here, one thing to notice is that the device’s predecessor made a debut in the Indian market at a slightly higher price. And we can expect the same in the case of Google Pixel 9a.

Google Pixel 9a expected specifications and features

Google Pixel 9a could come up with a 6.28-inch display coupled with a 120HZ refresh rate and around 2700 nits of peak brightness. It may also get a 240Hz touch sampling rate and 1800 nits of HDR brightness. Rumors have it that the smartphone will be powered by the Tensor G4 processor paired with 128GB internal storage in the base variant and 256GB internal storage in the high-end variant. The handset will be based Android 15 operating system. It is also being said that Google will offer seven years of software and security updates on the device.

Coming to the optics, the phone will sport a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 48MP primary shooter and a 13MP ultra wide-angle shooter. For selfies and video calls, the device will house a 13MP front snapper as well. The device will come with 23W wired charging support and 7.5W wireless charging support. All other information related to the device has not been revealed yet. We can expect to know more about the same once Google officially announces something. The leaks have also suggested that the smartphone will be launched globally by March 26 and the pre0order for the same will being on MArch 19, 2025.
