Acer launches its first AI-powered gaming laptop in India; pricing, specs, and more

Acer India has finally dropped its first AI-powered gaming laptop, Acer Nitro V 16, in the Indian market. The laptop has a sturdy design coupled with a high-quality display to offer an unmatchable gaming experience. Not only this, the laptop ships with Microsoft’s Copilot AI assistant which will enhance both gaming and productivity on the device. And the dual fan cooling system of the device is unquestionable.

As for the pricing, the Acer Nitro V 16 is available in the Indian market at a price of Rs 1,09,999. The laptop will ship in only one color – Obsidian Black. It will be available for purchase on Flipkart and is already listed there. Apart from that, the brand has also mentioned that the laptop will be up for purchase in Acer-exclusive stores in India. Furthermore, customers can also get up to Rs 1,500 discount on the Acer Nitro V 16 by using credit and debit cards from HSBC, IDFC First Bank, HDFC Bank, and OneCard.

Acer Nitro V 16 specifications and features

Acer Nitro V 16 comes with a 16-inch WXQGA IPS LCD screen paired with a 165Hz refresh rate and 100% coverage of the sRGB color gamut. The laptop is powered by AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 GPU. It also has 16GB DDR5 RAM and 8GB GDDR6 video memory. The device also gets 1TB of SSD storage to keep all your stuff in a single place.

As claimed by Acer, the Nitro V 16 can perform 233 tera operations per second (TOPS) for AI tasks. It also features Acer’s Purified Voice 2.0 AI-powered noise reduction. Connectivity options offered in the device are Bluetooth 5.1, Wi-Fi 6, a USB 3.2 Gen 2 port, USB 4 port, HDMI port, and a USB 3.2 Gen 1 port. It packs a monstrous 59Wh battery with 135W fast charging support. According to Acer, the laptop will offer a battery life of around 7 hours on regular usage.
