Copying and pasting are one of the niftiest inventions to have helped mankind master the art of computers. It all began on computers, requiring you to press Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V to copy text and paste it onto any text field. But over the past years, Microsoft has enhanced the copy-paste functionality to let us do more. Clipboard stores all your copied content of the past few times and lets you use any of them. But it is not available upfront. Just like you need to press a combination of keys to copy and paste something, you also need a combination to access the clipboard. This is how you can access the clipboard functionality on Windows 11 and use previously copied content without having to find it every time to copy and paste. — On your keyboard, press the Windows button and the letter together.
— Pressing both keys together will open the Clipboard on the screen.
— Here you will need to turn on Clipboard by clicking the Turn on option.
— After the Clipboard is turned on, everything you copy, no matter if it is text or a photo, will be stored here.
— Now that you have turned on Clipboard, you can access it by pressing the combination of the Windows key and the letter V.
— From the list of your copied content, choose the block you want to be pasted in a text field.
— Clicking on that block will paste it without requiring you to press the Ctrl+V key combination.
— You can paste anything from the clipboard any number of times.
