How to Do UPI Payment Without Internet

STEP1: To make an offline payment, dial USSD Code ‘*99#’ on your phone. news Also Read: WhatsApp will soon let you make international UPI payments

STEP2: An OK sign will appear on your screen along with Welcome to *99#. You have to click on it.

STEP3: Now you will see many options, out of which you have to choose ‘Send Money’.

STEP4: Then choose the mobile number option.

STEP5: Enter the mobile number of the person to whom you want to send money.

STEP6: On the screen, you will see the name of the user to whom you are transferring money.

STEP7: After this, enter the amount and enter your UPI PIN.

STEP8: This way offline payment will be done.

Note:

To make offline payments, your mobile number, and Aadhaar number should be linked to the bank account. If your Aadhaar and phone number are not linked, then you will not be able to make payments without internet connectivity.
