Free Fire is arguably one of the most downloaded battle royale games on mobile. The game offers several different maps and has unique modes for players to explore. Several new players are joining the game and they can follow certain tips and tricks to increase their chances of winning.
Choose the right landing spot
What if we tell you that your win rate is somewhat predetermined by choosing the right landing spot? Deploying at the right location on the map is essential as it may guarantee you good loot of weapons and items required to fight in the game. Map-wise, the Central location in Purgatory is a good drop spot. Observatory in Bermuda map and Snowfall in Alpine are some of the other recommended landing spots for good loot. Good loot will ensure that you can tackle opponents easily.
Learn the Map
Free Fire has more than five maps, and as a beginner player, it’s essential to learn at least some of these maps fully. Pro players have a good experience of playing. They may not have sat there and looked at the map to learn it, but rather, they learned maps by playing on them for years. However, you can carefully look at each map, choose the right landing spot, and learn how things work on each of them – such as supply drop, best terrains, and hiding areas.
Practice Aim
It goes without saying that you must have a good aim. Be it short-range combats or long-range combats, you should be able to aim properly and then fire. Do not spray over or fire while running. Try and stay steady when firing your gun so you don’t miss the shot.
Try different weapons
While you practice your aim, use different weapons and learn them. Pro players know most weapons and they ace some of them. That said, ace at least one gun in each category such as SMGs, Rifles, Shotguns, etc while gaining an understanding of most guns. This will give you an edge on the battlefield.
Don’t use Vehicles for short distances
One of the ways you can avoid getting killed and eventually win is to use vehicles wisely. Do not use vehicles for short distances just because it saves time. Driving a vehicle may make opponents aware of your location and they may kill you in an instant while you focus on driving. Only use vehicles for long distances.
Don’t be a lone wolf
Lastly, one of the things to keep in mind in a battle royale game like Free Fire is that you shouldn’t be a lone wolf. Don’t play alone, coordinate with your teammates and create a strategy. Having a good strategy may increase your chances of winning.
