It is powered by Mediatek Helio G91 Ultra (12 nm). It is backed by a 5030 mAh battery. The phone runs on Android v14. the smartphone comes with a Dual camera setup consisting of a 108  + 2 MP primary sensor. On the front, the smartphone includes a 13 MP selfie shooter. The Xiaomi Redmi 13x comes with up to 8 GB RAM and  128GB , 256 GB of internal storage, 2G,3G,4G, LTE. Fingerprint sensor,side-mounted, and USB Type-C port.
