It is powered by Mediatek Dimensity 9500 processor. The phone runs on Android 15. On the camera front the smartphone comes with a Dual camera setup consisting of 200 MP + 50MP primary sensor. On the front the smartphone includes a 50MP selfie shooter. The Vivo X300 Pro 5G comes with 12GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage. Fingerprint sensor Under Display and  USB Type-C port. It is backed by a 6500 mAh battery that supports 120W fast and 30W wireless charging.
