It is powered by Qualcomm SM8475 Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 (4 nm) Processor. The phone runs on Android 13. On the camera front the smartphone comes with a Dual camera setup consisting of 50MP+2MP primary sensor. On the front the smartphone includes a 16MP selfie shooter.The vivo iQOO Neo8 5G comes with 12 GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage 2G,3G,4G,5G, LTE. Fingerprint sensor (under display optical) and USB Type-C port. It is backed by a 5000 mAh battery.
