It is powered by Mediatek Helio G36 (12 nm) processor. The phone runs on Android 14. On the camera front, the smartphone comes with a Single camera setup consisting of 5MP  primary sensor. On the front, the smartphone includes a 2MP selfie shooter. The TCL 501 comes with 2GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage, 2G,3G,4G, LTE. Fingerprint sensor Accelerometer and USB Type-C port. It is backed by a 3000 mAh battery that support 10W fast charging.
