Poco is getting ready to launch a new smartphone in India. The company has started teasing the phone on its official website and Flipkart. While the name hasn’t been officially confirmed yet, reports suggest it could be called the Poco M7 Plus. This phone is expected to bring better features than last year’s Poco M6 Plus, including a bigger battery, smoother display, and improved performance – all at a price of under Rs 15,000. news Also Read: Poco M7 Plus 5G Launch Date In India Confirmed: Another 7000mAh Battery Beast?

Flipkart Teaser Hints at Launch Date

Flipkart has put up a teaser page for the upcoming phone with the tagline “Power for All”. The teaser reveals the phone’s back in black, and a dual rear camera setup. As per a report by 91Mobiles Hindi, the Poco M7 Plus could arrive on August 13, and may come in at less than Rs 15,000, which would be a great budget buy with robust features.

Poco M7 Plus Specifications, Features (Expected)

The phone is expected to have a 6.9-inch display with a fast 144Hz refresh rate, which means smoother visuals for gaming and scrolling. It might run on the Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 processor – good enough for everyday use.

Camera-wise, it may sport a 50MP primary rear camera and an 8MP selfie camera. Its big 7,000mAh battery would be one of the highlights, which should also support fast charging at 33W and work for more than a day on a single charge.

Poco M7 Plus vs Poco M6 Plus

Last year’s Poco M6 Plus had a 6.79-inch 120Hz display, a Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 AE chip, and a 5,030mAh battery. It started at Rs 13,499. With the M7 Plus, Poco seems to be offering a larger battery, better display, and overall improved performance – all while keeping the price affordable.
