It is powered by Qualcomm SM8475 Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 (4 nm). The phone runs on Android v13. the smartphone comes with a Dual camera setup consisting of a 12MP + 13MP primary sensor. On the front, the smartphone includes a 12 MP selfie shooter. The SMotorola Razr 40 Ultra comes with up to 8 GB RAM and 256 GB of internal storage, 2G,3G,4G,5G LTE.
