ASUS Vivobook S16 Launched In India With Snapdragon X Processor, Priced At Rs 67,990: Check Specs, Offers And More

ASUS has added a new laptop to its Vivobook lineup in India. The newly launched Vivobook S16 (S3607QA) is powered by the Snapdragon X processor and comes in two new colour options – BFF Peachy and Salvia Green. The new ASUS Vivobook S16 Copilot+ PC offers an OLED display and packs AI-powered capabilities. The laptop is now available for purchase through ASUS eShop and Flipkart. The Vivobook S16 is launched at a special price of Rs 67,990 in India. It carries a maximum retail price (MRP) tag of Rs 98,990. The laptop is available in two colourways – BFF Peachy and Salvia Green. Buyers can purchase the Vivobook S16 from the ASUS eShop and Flipkart.

ASUS Vivobook S16 Specifications, Features

The ASUS Vivobook S16 (S3607QA) is equipped with a 16-inch OLED screen WUXGA (1,920 x 1,200 pixels) resolution, 60Hz refresh rate, 16:10 aspect ratio, 0.2ms response time, 300 nits brightness, and 95% DCI-P3 colour gamut coverage. The laptop is powered by Qualcomm’s octa-core Snapdragon X1 26 100 processor, clocked at up to 2.97GHz. It is paired with a Hexagon NPU, offering up to 45 TOPS. The Vivobook S16 offers 16GB LPDDR5X RAM with 512GB PCIe Gen 4 SSD storage.

The laptop runs Windows 11 Home out of the box. It also comes with a lifetime subscription to Microsoft Office Home 2024 and 100GB of cloud storage with Microsoft 365 Basic for one year.

The ASUS Vivobook S16 features a FHD IR webcam with a privacy shutter for video calls. It supports Windows Studio effects with ASUS AI Camera. For connectivity, the Vivobook S16 supports Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3. In terms of ports, it gets two USB Type-C ports, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, an HDFMI 2.1 port, and one audio jack.

The laptop houses two Dolby Atmos-certified built-in speakers with Smart Amplifier technology. The Vivobook S16 also comes with built-in microphones, supporting ASUS AI Noise-Cancelling technology. It gets a backlit ASUS ErgoSense keyboard with a dedicated Copilot key.

The Vivobook S16 is backed by a 70Wh battery that is claimed to offer up to 32 hours of usage on a single charge. It comes with a 65W charging adapter in the box. The laptop is 17.9mm thin and weighs around 1.74 kilograms.
