Krafton is set to roll out the BGMI 4.1 update for Android and iOS users on November 13 (today). The upcoming version brings a winter touch to the game with the Frosty Funland theme, a new A16 Royale Pass, fresh rewards, and a few performance improvements to make gameplay smoother. The main attraction of this update is the new Frosty Funland theme. Maps will now have a winter makeover with snow-covered zones, festive decorations, and bright seasonal lights. According to Krafton, Frosty Funland will include a few interactive elements and short missions that players can try out during matches. The theme is meant to bring a lighter, festive mood to the game as the winter season begins.
The update also marks the start of a new Royale Pass season – A16. Just like before, it comes in two versions: a free pass and a premium pass. Players who go for the premium tier will unlock extra missions and exclusive rewards.

Krafton has worked on improving game performance and stability with the BGMI 4.1 update. The patch includes faster matchmaking, smoother controls, and better connectivity. Players can expect fewer frame drops and quicker match loading times.
The developer has also fixed several bugs and optimised the game for different devices to make gameplay more consistent.
The rollout for Android users will start at 6:30 am IST, reaching about 30% of players first. By 9:30 am, half of all Android users will have access, and the full rollout should finish by 11:30 am. For iOS users, the update will begin at 9:30 am, and the APK file will be available on the official BGMI website by 12:30 pm.
