It is powered by Unisoc Tiger T616 (12 nm). It is backed by a 9600 mAh battery. The phone runs on Android v13. the smartphone comes with a Dual camera setup consisting of a 50  + 2 MP primary sensor. On the front, the smartphone includes a 8 MP selfie shooter. The Ulefone Power Armor 16S comes with up to 8 GB RAM and 128 GB of internal storage, 2G,3G,4G, LTE. Fingerprint sensor, side-mounted, and USB Type-C port.
