It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 MSM8994 processor. It is backed by a 3300 mAh battery. The phone runs on Windows Phone v10.
On the camera front, the smartphone comes with a Single camera setup consisting of a 20 MP primary sensor. On the front, the smartphone includes a 5 MP selfie shooter.
The Microsoft Lumia 940 XL comes with up to 3 GB RAM and 32 GB of internal storage,2G,3G,4G LTE.
