It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 MSM8226 processor. It is backed by a 3000 mAh battery. The phone runs on Windows Phone v8.1.
On the camera front, the smartphone comes with a Single camera setup consisting of a 13 MP primary sensor. On the front, the smartphone includes a 5 MP selfie shooter.
The Microsoft Lumia 640 XL LTE Dual SIM comes with up to 1 GB RAM and 8 GB of internal storage,2G,3G,4G LTE.
