Samsung has launched the Galaxy Tab Active 5 Enterprise Edition in India. The durable tablet features a rugged build with MIL-STD-810H certification, an IP68 rating, and Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The main highlight of the Galaxy Tab Active 5 Enterprise Edition is its 5,050mAh battery, which can be replaced by users. The tablet is also equipped with a customisable Active Key that also supports Push-to-Talk functionality. The device also comes with an S Pen in the box.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 5 Enterprise Edition is equipped with an 8-inch WUXGA TFT LCD panel, offering a 16:10 aspect ratio and a 120Hz refresh rate. It is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5 for durability. The tablet is also IP68 rated for dust and water resistance.
The Enterprise Edition of the tablet is powered by a 5nm octa-core chipset, coupled with up to 8GB RAM and up to 256GB internal storage. Users can further extend the storage using a microSD card up to 1TB.
The Galaxy Tab Active 5 Enterprise Edition sports a 13MP rear camera alongside an LED flash. On the front, it houses a 5MP camera for selfies and video calls. The tablet runs Android 15-based One UI 7, with promise of seven years of major OS upgrades.
The Galaxy Tab Active 5 Enterprise Edition is equipped with Dolby Atmos-backed speakers. It packs a 5,050mAh replaceable battery, which also supports No-Battery mode. For connectivity, the tablet features 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, GPS, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack.

Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 5 Enterprise Edition is priced at Rs 49,999 for the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage option. The 8GB RAM + 256GB storage model has been priced at Rs 56,999. The tablet is available for purchase through the Samsung India website.
The Enterprise Edition of the tablet is bundled with a complimentary Knox Suite Enterprise Security Platform plan worth Rs 4,515. The device also comes loaded with Brity Works, Zello for Work, and Google Workspace.
