Vivo is reportedly preparing to launch its next flagship, the Vivo X300 Ultra, as a successor to the Vivo X200 Ultra. Early leaks suggest that the upcoming device will bring significant upgrades in both performance and photography, making it one of the most anticipated smartphones in the premium segment.
Vivo X300 Ultra Expected Specifications
Processor
According to tipsters, the Vivo X300 Ultra will be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. This octa-core 3nm chipset promises top-tier performance and improved energy efficiency compared to the previous Snapdragon 8 Elite used in the Vivo X200 Ultra. Coupled with an upgraded GPU and up to 16GB RAM in higher variants, the device is expected to handle gaming, multitasking, and intensive applications with ease.
Display and Design
The Vivo X300 Ultra is rumored to feature a slightly larger 2K display, measuring just above 6.8 inches. The high-resolution LTPO AMOLED panel is expected to support a smooth 120Hz refresh rate and provide vibrant colors with excellent brightness. Design details are still limited, but the phone is likely to retain Vivo's signature sleek and premium build quality, with colour options similar to the X200 Ultra, including Black, Red Circle, and Silver Tone.
Camera
One of the standout features of the Vivo X300 Ultra is its advanced camera setup. Early leaks suggest a triple-rear camera system, headlined by two 200-megapixel sensors. The upgraded setup may include an ultrawide camera, a primary sensor, and a 35mm periscope telephoto lens. This could make the X300 Ultra a photography powerhouse, offering versatility for wide-angle shots, high-resolution images, and detailed zoom capabilities.
Expected Pricing and Launch
The Vivo X200 Ultra launched in China with a starting price of roughly Rs. 81,000 and went up to Rs. 1,21,000 for the top variant. While the Vivo X300 Ultra's official pricing has not been confirmed, it is expected to follow a similar premium range. Vivo has not yet confirmed an India launch, but anticipation is growing among fans in the market.
