It is powered by Exynos 1380 (5 nm). It is backed by a 6000 mAh battery. The phone runs on Android v13. the smartphone comes with a Triple camera setup consisting of a 108 + 8  + 2 MP primary sensor. On the front, the smartphone includes a 32 MP selfie shooter. The  Samsung Galaxy M54 comes with up to 8 GB RAM and 128 GB , 256 GB of internal storage, 2G,3G,4G,5G LTE. Fingerprint sensor, side-mounted, and USB Type-C port.
