It is powered by Samsung Exynos 5 Octa 5430 processor. It is backed by a 1860 mAh battery. The phone runs on Android v4.4.4 (Kitkat).
On the camera front, the smartphone comes with a Single camera setup consisting of a 12 MP primary sensor. On the front, the smartphone includes a 2.1 MP selfie shooter.
The Samsung Galaxy Alpha comes with up to 2 GB RAM and 32 GB of internal storage,2G,3G,4G LTE. and USB Type-C port.
