Realme has officially confirmed that its next flagship lineup the Realme GT 8 series will debut in China on October 21. The series will include two models the Realme GT 8 and GT 8 Pro. Both models are expected to bring flagship-grade hardware and Ricoh-tuned photography features to the table.
Realme GT 8 Pro Specs, Features (Expected)
The Realme GT 8 Pro will run on Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. The device will also feature Realme's in-house R1 graphics chip, which is expected to enhance frame stability and overall gaming performance.
One of the biggest highlights of the phone is its new partnership with Japanese camera brand Ricoh. The GT 8 Pro will be the first Realme phone to feature Ricoh's tuning, offering five signature GR-inspired colour profiles Positive Film, Negative Film, High Contrast B&W, Standard, and Black & White to add a professional touch to images.
The GT 8 Pro is also said to sport a flat 2K OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and ultra-thin bezels. The phone will likely pack a large 7,000mAh+ battery that supports 120W fast charging and wireless charging. Other expected features include an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, metal frame, dual speakers, and improved haptic feedback with an X-axis motor.
Realme GT 8 Specs, Features (Expected)
The standard Realme GT 8 is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. It is said to feature a 6.6-inch OLED screen with an ultrasonic fingerprint reader. On the camera front, it is expected to feature same Ricoh-tuned modes found on the Pro variant. The phone could pack a large 7,000mAh battery.

Realme will reveal the pricing of the flagships at the launch event, but reports suggest the GT 8 Pro could start around CNY 3,999 (roughly Rs 49,300), while the regular GT 8 will be priced slightly lower. Both models are expected to make their global debut later this year.
