It is powered by Unisoc Tiger T612 (12 nm). It is backed by a 5000 mAh battery. The phone runs on Android v14.the smartphone comes with a Single camera setup consisting of a  50 MP primary sensor. On the front, the smartphone includes a 8 MP selfie shooter. The Realme Narzo N63 comes with up to 4 GB RAM and 64 GB , 128 GB of internal storage, 2G,3G,4G, LTE.
