It is powered by Qualcomm SM7635 Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 (4 nm). It is backed by a 5000 mAh battery. The phone runs on Android v15.On the camera front, the smartphone comes with aTriple  camera setup consisting of a 50  + 50+8 MP primary sensor. On the front, the smartphone includes a 32 MP selfie shooter. The Nothing Phone (3a) comes with up to  8GB Upto 12 GB RAM and 128GB Upto 256 GB of internal storage, 2G,3G,4G,5G LTE. Fingerprint sensor, under display, and USB Type-C port.
