It is powered by Qualcomm SM8750-AB Snapdragon 8 Elite (3 nm). It is backed by a 4700 mAh battery. The phone runs on Android v15. On the camera front, the smartphone comes with a dual camera setup consisting of 50MP main and 50 MP ultrawide sensor. On the front, the smartphone includes a 50 MP selfie camera. The Motorola Razr 60 Ultra comes with up to 12 GB RAM and 512 GB of internal storage, Fingerprint sensor (side-mounted), and USB Type-C port.
