PUBG update 31.1 is here: Check all the changes and updates, Live Maintenance Schedule

PUBG’s latest update has been announced and it will go live from August 7 on PC and August 14 for consoles. The update brings several changes across the game from the clan system to gunplay, and a couple of other upgrades. Let’s see everything you need to know about the update below.

PUBG Update 31.1 details

Here are all the major highlights of the PUBG Update 31.1.

– After the update, the Clan will show weekly Challenges and Clan Member Missions.

– There will be a total of five challenges every week, as players complete the current challenge, they will unlock the next one.

– Supply Airplane’s Class is assigned based on the number of Gauge Points earned through Clan Challenges. This includes S/A/B/V/D classes.

– Coming to Clan Member Missions, those completing them will instantly receive a new Clan-exclusive reward: the Clan Loot Cache.

– The Class of the Clan Loot Cache players get corresponds to their Clan Supply Airplane’s Class.

– PUBG Players will get to see five missions each week, which unlock simultaneously with the respective Clan Challenge.

– Further, Clan Loot Caches of all Classes provide a chance to obtain BP, Credits, Imprints, and Polymers.

– Players can also receive a Clan Loot Cache of a higher Class as a bonus reward.

– Players who reach one of the five Weekly Clan XP Goals will be awarded a new Clan-exclusive currency called Clan Tokens, which can only be used by the Clan Master or Manager.

– Clan Master will be able to access the Clan Token Exchange and the items available for purchase will vary on the clan level.

– There’s now a new attachment called Muzzle Brake. It can be attached to most assault rifles, DMRs, and some Shotguns.

– Muzzle Brake offers + 10 percent vertical and horizontal recoil. There’s also 50 percent better camera shake control when firing.

– ADS speed for Holographic Sighe has been slightly increased.

– There are some changes to Thumb Grip recoil, Angled Foregrip recoil, Lightweight Grip recoil, and Heavy Stock recoil.

– In Rondo, there’s now enhanced terrain to prevent players positioned on stone mountains from gaining an excessive advantage.

– The update brings ranked weapon skins for the Mk14 as tier rewards for Season 31.

– The leaderboard will reset after the live server maintenance.

Other than this, there are some other UI changes and bug fixes.

What’s the maintenance schedule for the update?

The PC maintenance is scheduled for August 7 between 12 AM to 8:30 AM UTC or 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM IST. As for consoles, the maintenance schedule is August 14 between 1 AM to 9 AM UTC or 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM IST.
