How to reset your Instagram explore feed

Reset your content suggestions for a refreshed Explore, Reels, and Feed.

Open Instagram and go to your profile.

Tap the three-line menu, then select Settings and activity.

Go to Content preferences and tap Reset suggested content.

Tap Next, then confirm the reset.

Instagram will rebuild recommendations based on your activity.

Use Not Interested and follow accounts you actually enjoy.
