It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 MSM8974AC processor. It is backed by a 2600 mAh battery. The phone runs on Android v4.4 (Kitkat).
On the camera front, the smartphone comes with a Single camera setup consisting of a 20.7 MP primary sensor. On the front, the smartphone includes a 2.2 MP selfie shooter.
The Sony Xperia Z3 Compact comes with up to 2 GB RAM and 16 GB of internal storage,2G,3G,4G LTE.
