It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 MSM8974AA processor. It is backed by a 3050 mAh battery. The phone runs on Android v4.2 (Jelly Bean).
On the camera front, the smartphone comes with a Single camera setup consisting of a 8 MP primary sensor. On the front, the smartphone includes a 2 MP selfie shooter.
The Sony Xperia Z Ultra comes with up to 2 GB RAM and 16 GB of internal storage,2G,3G LTE. and USB Type-C port.
