It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 MSM8956 processor. It is backed by a 3700 mAh battery. The phone runs on Android v9.0 (Oreo).
On the camera front, the smartphone comes with a Single camera setup consisting of a 23 MP + 8 MP primary sensor. On the front, the smartphone includes a 13 MP selfie shooter.
The Sony Xperia XA3 Ultra comes with up to 6 GB RAM and 64 GB of internal storage,2G,3G,4G LTE. Finger Print sensor Side. and USB Type-C port.
