Sony Xperia U has been launched officially. The smartphone comes packed with a 3.5 inches (8.89 cm)TFT Display and offers 480 x 854 pixels screen resolution. It is powered by ST-Ericsson NovaThor U8500 processor. It is backed by a 1320 mAh battery. The phone runs on Android v4 (Ice Cream Sandwich).
On the camera front, the smartphone comes with a Single camera setup consisting of a 5 MP primary sensor. On the front, the smartphone includes a 0.3 MP selfie shooter.
The Sony Xperia U comes with up to 512 MB RAM and 8 GB of internal storage,2G,3G LTE.
