It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon S3 MSM8260 processor. It is backed by a 1750 mAh battery. The phone runs on Android v4.1 (Jelly Bean).
On the camera front, the smartphone comes with a Single camera setup consisting of a 12.1 MP primary sensor. On the front, the smartphone includes a 1.3 MP selfie shooter.
The Sony Xperia S comes with up to 1 GB RAM and 32 GB of internal storage,2G,3G LTE.
