It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Plus MSM8227 processor. It is backed by a 1750 mAh battery. The phone runs on Android v4.1 (Jelly Bean).
On the camera front, the smartphone comes with a Single camera setup consisting of a 5 MP primary sensor. On the front, the smartphone includes a 0.3 MP selfie shooter.
The Sony Xperia M comes with up to 1 GB RAM and 4 GB of internal storage,2G,3G LTE.
