It is powered by Unisoc T615 (12 nm). It is backed by a 5000 mAh battery. The phone runs on Android v14. the smartphone comes with a Single camera setup consisting of a 50 MP primary sensor. On the front, the smartphone includes a 12 MP selfie shooter. The itel P65 comes with up to 4GB,8GB,6GB RAM and 128GB,256 GB of internal storage, 2G,3G,4G, LTE. Fingerprint sensor, side-mounted, and USB Type-C port.
