Vi launches cloud gaming service Cloud Play

Vi (Vodafone Idea) has announced the launch of its mobile cloud gaming service called Cloud Play.

It will be available on the Vi app on Android and iOS platforms, through Chrome and Safari browsers.

Vi has partnered with Paris-headquartered CareGame to launch this service.

It was first unveiled at the India Mobile Congress (IMC) in 2022.

The launch now makes it available to all Vi users on prepaid or postpaid connections.

The launch catalogue includes Asphalt 9, Modern Combat 5, Shadow Fight, Storm Blades, Riptide, Beach Buggy Racing, Gravity Rider, among others.

Cloud Play will be available at Rs 100 per month after a 15-day free trial.

Vi Games Cloud Play will allow users to play games without having to download them.
