Vi eSIM service for prepaid users now in Mumbai, Goa

Vi (Vodafone Idea) has expanded its eSIM service to more circles.

Prepaid users in Mumbai, Maharashtra, and Goa circle can now switch to eSIM.

To do that, send an SMS from your Vi number saying "eSIM space (registered email id)" to 199 to start the process.

If your registered email ID is valid, you will receive an SMS to which you have to reply saying "ESIMY" within 15 minutes of receiving it.

After this you will receive another SMS requesting your consent on a call.

After you give your consent, you will receive a QR code on your email ID that you have to scan using your phone.

On iPhone, go to Add Data Plan, and on Android search for eSIM to add an eSIM.

Your phone will automatically add eSIM and it will be activated after a few minutes.
