Xiaomi CyberDog 2 robot unveiled at MWC 2024

Xiaomi has unveiled the 2nd generation of its robot dog - CyberDog 2 - at the MWC 2024.
The robot dog has a Doberman-like look and is equipped with an Intel RealSense D430 depth camera.
It has over 19 sensors in total including a touch sensor, ultrasonic sensor, LiDAR sensor, and others.
The CyberDog 2 can respond to humans and act according to the given directions.
Further, the robot dog also behaves like an actual dog, which means he can play fetch.
The device is powered by a 6-core NVIDIA Carmel CPU and an NVIDIA Volta GPU with 48 tensor cores.
It runs on the Ubuntu operating system and has ROS 2 on top.
The Xiaomi CyberDog 2 is priced at 12999 yuan which is roughly Rs 1.52 lakh.
