Tecno Pop 8 India launch on January 3

Tecno has via Amazon has confirmed the India launch of its next smartphone

Tecno's next smartphone will be a Pop series device dubbed Tecno Pop 8 

It is scheduled to launch on January 3 and will be available on Amazon

Expect the device to be priced under Rs 8,000

The device will feature an iPhone-like dynamic island 

The 6.6-inch screen will have a 90Hz refresh rate and an HD+ resolution 

It is expected to be powered by a Unisoc T606 chipset with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage

Expect a 5,000mAh battery and Android 13 OS on top
