Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus among first phones to get HyperOS: Details

The new Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus 5G is the brand's most expensive phone of this year by far.

Alongside the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus 5G, the brand also unveiled the Redmi Note 13 and Redmi Note 13 Pro.

The phone's prices start at Rs 31,999, which makes it a mid-ranger with features such as IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.

At the event, Redmi also confirmed that HyperOS is ready to be rolled out in India.

The rollout will begin with the Redmi Note 13 series soon, the company said.

HyperOS is Xiaomi's new operating system that harmonises experiences across the compay's devices.

It has Android at its core but uses a new architecture for device connectivity.

After the Redmi Note 13 series, HyperOS will likely be rolled out to more devices this year.
