Google Pixel 8, Pixel 8 Pro get 2024's first update

Google has officially rolled out a new update to the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro.

It's the first update of the year for these devices. 

The update brings a fix for the camera issue, where the camera app used to crash. 

The update also fixes the flashing black screen issue which some Pixel 8 users noticed while playing videos. 

Furthermore, the update also brings a fix for the setup wizard

Some Pixel devices were showing a black screen instead of the wallpaper and that's reportedly been fixed in this latest update

The January update is available not only to the Pixel 8 devices but also to some other Pixel phones 

These phones include Pixel 7 series, Pixel 6 series, Pixel 5a, Pixel Fold, and Pixel tablet
