Here are 5 ways you can stop smartphone addiction. 

Set a screen time limit - On iPhone, you can do that via settings. On Android, you can use a third-party app. 

Turn the screen's colour to black and white - We are naturally attracted towards vibrant colours. So make your screen b/w to reduce phone usage. 

Uninstall or take a break from social media 

Use apps that third-party reward you when you don't use your phone more. 

Set a hard password so you don't pick up your phone thinking it's a long process to unlock it.
