How to lock individual apps, hide apps in iOS 18

iOS 18 has brought several new features for iPhone users. 

Two such notable features are the ability to lock individual apps and hide them using Face ID. 

To lock Individual apps, press and hold the app to bring up quick options. 

Select Require Face ID. Then Tap on Require Face ID again and the app should be locked using your passcode.

To hide apps, again press and hold the app to bring up quick options. 

Tap on Hide and Require Face ID. Now, show your face to verify and the app will be hidden. 

The hidden app will be accessible only in the Hidden folder in the App Library at the bottom.
