Open the Instagram app.

Go to your profile.

Tap the "person icon" tab to see tagged photos.

Tap a photo to review the tag.

Tap your username on the photo to view tag options.

Choose “Hide from Profile” if you don’t want it visible.

Tap “Remove Me from Post” to untag yourself.

Adjust tag settings via Settings > Privacy > Tags.
