Android smartphones now come with an exciting new feature designed to help users manage their phone usage.

This feature is supported on both Android 14 and Android 15 versions, making it widely accessible.

The feature is called Screen Time Reminders, and it helps users keep track of their app activity.

With this option enabled, you’ll get a notification whenever an app is being used excessively.

To activate it, simply head over to your phone’s Settings menu.

Once inside, scroll down and select Digital Wellbeing & Parental Controls.

Tap on Screen Time Reminders to view the option and make adjustments.

Finally, switch it on, and your phone will now remind you whenever an app is consuming too much of your time.
