GTA 6 Update: Release Date, Expected Price, Storyline And Platforms

GTA 6 wait continues! Rockstar Games' much-awaited GTA 6 was expected in May 2026 but has now been pushed further.

GTA 6 is now officially set to launch on November 19, 2026.

It means, over 13 years of waiting! If released on time, GTA 6 will arrive more than 13 years after GTA V, making it one of the longest waits in gaming history.

Despite the delay, GTA 6 recently won the Most Anticipated Game award at The Game Awards, showing the hype hasn’t slowed down.

Price in India? Early reports suggest GTA 6 could cost around Rs 9,000 in India for the standard edition, much higher than GTA V’s launch price.

Storyline: GTA 6 will feature two playable characters - Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos, with Lucia seen exiting prison in the official trailers.

Platforms: The game will launch first on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. PC release is expected later. File size may range between 150GB–200GB.
