Google अपनी वीडियो-कम्यूनिकेशन सर्विस `Google Meet` के लिए एक नया फीचर शुरू कर रहा है। इस फीचर के जरिए यूजर्स उस कंटेंट को एक्सेस करने की परमीशन मिलेगी, जिसे मीटिंग में मौजूद लोगों के साथ पेश किया जा रहा है। इन यूजर्स में कैलेंडर गेस्ट लिस्ट में मौजूद सभी लोग शामिल हैं। टेक दिग्गज ने अपने वर्कस्पेस अपडेट ब्लॉगस्पॉट में कहा कि प्रेजेंटेशन बनाते समय, यूजर फ्लोटिंग एक्शन मेनू से या Meet चैट में सजेशन के जरिए फाइल शेयर कर सकते हैं।

Google Meet के नए फीचर के फायदे

Google Meet का यह नया फीचर काफी उपयोगी है। इससे सीधे Meet से शेयर करने की परमीशन देकर, यूजर कंटेंट एक्सेस के लिए किसी दूसरी विंडो में स्विच किए बिना पेश किए गए डेटा को आसानी से शेयर कर सकते हैं। Google ने कहा, "इस फीचर से मीटिंग में हिस्सा लेने वालों के लिए आपकी प्रेजेंटेशन के साथ-साथ बाद में अपने कंटेंट को ढूंढना और उसका रिफरेन्स देना काफी आसान हो जाएगा।" इसके अलावा, कंपनी ने यह भी अनाउंसमेंट की कि जब भी यूजर मीटिंग चैट में कोई लिंक पेस्ट करेंगे, तो उन्हें "फाइल एक्सेस डायलॉग के साथ प्रॉम्प्ट दिया जाएगा।" वहां से, यूजर अपनी जरूरत के मुताबिक एक्सेस को एडजस्ट कर सकते हैं और फाइल को कैलेंडर ईवेंट में अटैच करने का ऑप्शन चुन सकते हैं।
