Meta AI now in India: How it will help WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook users

Meta AI, the company's AI features, are now available in India.

Built with Meta Llama 3 AI model, Meta AI is available across Meta properties, such as WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram.

Available in English currently, Meta AI will help you create content, explore topics, and generate images without leaving the app.

It is similar to ChatGPT and Google Gemini, just inside Meta's apps.

Meta AI was first announced at last year's Connect, but began rolling out in April earlier this year.

Meta AI will be available as a chatbot on WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger.

It can organise trips, find good places to visit, and even create multiple choice tests.

Using the word "Imagine" triggers Meta AI to create images from text.
