WhatsApp in 2024: Top features incoming

WhatsApp in 2023 introduced more than 10+ features and changes for users 

This year as well, it has plans to bring new features to the chat app

Here are the top five features coming to WhatsApp in 2024. Some of the features are in beta stage, as per WABetaInfo. 

WhatsApp usernames are coming soon. Users will be able to search and tag others by their username. 

Share Music audio during video calls, allowing users on call to hear the audio of the music playing on your phone.

WhatsApp will soon let users share status updates to other Meta apps (FB, Instagram) simultaneously.

Search messages by date, channel alerts, and navigation labels. 

WhatsApp Channel owners will soon be able to invite new admins.
