Users can now edit alt text for videos and photo

It will be applicable when they post on the web

User can now copy and paste attachments to their posts

They can also drag and drop attachments to their posts

Users can also add multiple posts to Threads before publishing

Users can now see quotes and posts on a post

They can do this by clicking on likes or views on a post
