How to watch Instagram Reels hands-free

Instagram's Auto-Scroll feature lets you watch Reels continuously without swiping.

Open Instagram and tap the Reels tab.

Play any Reel to open it in full-screen mode.

Tap the three-dot menu (...) at the bottom-right of the Reel.

Select Auto-scroll from the menu options.

Turn Auto-scroll ON and Instagram will automatically move to the next Reel.

To disable it, repeat the same steps and switch Auto-scroll OFF anytime.
